Before You Begin... Step 1:
Complete the registration and/or purchase process. There are three different ways to be enrolled in the C.F.S.S. Program. You can be nominated by your company, pre-enrolled by your company or if your company is not sponsoring the C.F.S.S. Program, you can enroll and purchase the program yourself with a credit card for $150 per session seat. The options are as follows: Corporate Registration: If you were issued instructions and a Company Code by your training director or supervisor, click on Registration and complete the requested information. Be sure to enter your Company Code as well as choosing the correct company from the "company" box. This lets us know which company to notify of your completion and certification.
Pre-Registered: If you were pre-registered by your company and were given your Username and Password by your training director or supervisor, click on the "Login" button on the top blue bar of the Welcome page, enter your Username and Password and you should be taken directly into the C.F.S.S. Program. If you have a valid email address, you should have received an email confirmation of your username and password. Some companies do not forward email addresses to FragranceTraining.com, so all information is forwarded to your training director. Purchase: If you are enrolling individually with no company sponsorship, click on “Registration” on the Welcome Page and complete the requested information. In the "Company" field make sure to choose "independent." This will add an area at the bottom for your credit card information. Be sure to include accurate contact information and spelling as this information will be used to mail your certificate and pin once you have achieved certification. Step 2: If you were pre-enrolled by your company, you should have received a confirmation email that will include all of your contact information. If not, please contact your training manager. Step 3: Download the C.F.S.S. Study Guide. After your successful registration, use your new User Name and Password to login to the program. You will be presented with links to the Practice Test and the downloadable Study Guide. The guide is divided into chapters for easier downloading and viewing. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print the PDF files. Note: Your Company may decide to furnish a copy to you. Study it! The C.F.S.S. program was designed to be challenging and the examination reflects that difficulty. When you achieve the designation of C.F.S.S. it certifies that you have mastered information important to success in the fragrance industry.

It’s easy to participate in the Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist (C.F.S.S.) certification program.
Just follow these six steps:
Print your Registration Receipt. This receipt has your login information and password. You will need your login and password to access the C.F.S.S. Program and to download the Study Guide, take your practice test and final exam. Print this page and put it in a safe place. It will also include all information you need should you contact us for support in the future.
Take the Practice Test. This test is not recorded. It is provided only so that you can find out what an online test is like. This test is not timed but the final exam has a 90 minute limit. (The test uses questions that have been “retired” from the live examination.) Login when you are ready and click on the "Practice Test" link on your Course Login page.
When you are ready, take the Certification Exam. Login in a similar manner to the Practice test from the FragranceTraining.com homepage. Click the Certification Exam "Launch Test" link when you are ready. When you finish the test and submit it to be scored, you will receive your final score immediately. All scores above 69 are considered to be passing. If you score between 60- 69, you will be allowed to retake the exam during the next C.F.S.S. Session. If you score 90 or above, your certificate will note that you have “Passed with Honors.”
(The test is available from October 1 through November 1, 2010. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE EXAM BEFORE OR AFTER THESE DATES.)
Wear your pin with pride! As a Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist, you will receive a C.F.S.S. pin as well as a certificate with your name on it. In addition, each year, the Fragrance Foundation honors the C.F.S.S. with the highest score with an all-expense paid trip to New York and special recognition at the Annual FiFi® Awards. The FiFi® Awards honor the fragrance industry’s creative achievements and is considered the “Oscars” of the fragrance industry. Held annually in New York City, the ceremony is attended by more than 1,000 members of the international fragrance community. You could be there too!

Ingrese cuando esté preparado y haga clic en el link “Examen de Prueba” en la página de inicio de su curso.
Cuando esté preparado, haga el Examen de Certificación. Ingrese de forma similar al Examen de Práctica de la página de inicio de FragranceTraining.com. Haga clic en el link de examen de certificación "Iniciar Examen" cuando esté listo. Cuando termine la prueba y la envíe para ser calificada, recibirá su puntaje final inmediatamente.
